Team Leader Sales Administration Enterprise Accounts (m/f)

SUMMARY
The Team Leader Sales Administration Enterprise Accounts (m/f) primarily responsible for providing support and consultation to the software sales efforts of the EMEA Enterprise Accounts team. This role will require working independently on large deals (often involving >$1m, Multi-Region/Global, WAN licensing, Centralised purchasing, Legal terms, Special Pricing, or Payment Terms). The Team Leader Sales Administration Enterprise Accounts will also build a small team of Sales Administrators and mentor other Sales Administrators on handling of such large quotes and orders, as well as helping to refine and document processes and best practices, globally.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Act as the contact for ANSYS Enterprise Account customer needs; responding to questions on order status, account issues; license configuration etc. for all new and renewal software orders.
• Coordinate with the Enterprise Accounts Sales Team and the customer(s) with the preparation of quotes and licensing requests also reviewing quotes for completeness, accuracy and adherence to company policy. Requiring an in-depth knowledge of these processes
• Works with the Enterprise Account Manager to ensure that renewal opportunities are maintained within the CRM and seek opportunities for date alignments where possible; including revenue reconciliation activities; generating renewal quotes; following up with customers and maintaining an accurate renewal forecast within the CRM.
• Involve appropriate customers and internal groups (Account Managers, Legal, Business Operations, Finance, etc.) to assure timely submission and processing of orders & issuance of license keys (including temp keys)
• Research and understand Enterprise Accounts on a Global level, including product order history, migrations, upgrades, discounting and/or special pricing situations. Working both in the CRM tool and using Excel spreadsheets or Google Sheets to manage and share the data effectively.
• Coordinate with technical staff to resolve Customer Portal access problems & license installation issues
• Advise the Enterprise Sales team on the internal structure of the deal to avoid revenue recognition issues, increase deal sizes and reduce complexity
• Support account administration activities, which may include the following:
• Co-ordination of completion of supplier forms and other requests for supplier set up
• Preparation and distribution of License Change/ASC Change/Cosmetic Name change forms
• Ensure Transfers & Assignments are transacted correctly where necessary; preparing documents & required approval activities; submit paperwork to corporate Business Operations team
• In accordance with current policies, create temporary and evaluation license keys appropriate for distribution to prospects and customers.
• Provide administrative support to all levels of Enterprise Accounts Sales Team which includes providing administrative support for reconciling actual revenues to forecast and plan as well as helping new Account Managers with training on the proper paperwork and protocol for sales order processing.
• Involvement in CRM Data maintenance and administration
• Update existing CRM records with current information, which may include updating pricing and products for existing renewal opportunities, removing duplicate entries, logging notes, or other activities as directed
• Assists with mentoring and training newer sales administrators
• Takes the lead on Enterprise Account projects within the Sales Administration team
• May also perform other administrative duties as assigned by the direct manager or other management staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Associate degree in business or accounting (two-year program) with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales, customer service environment or similar position in a corporate setting
• At least 5 years in a sales administrator or order processing role
• Good general communication and interpersonal skills as well as a professional appearance
• Must have advanced knowledge of presentation and spreadsheet software, such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (especially in the use of Pivot Tables, VLookUps & simple Macros)
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Extensive working knowledge of database/CRM systems
• Ability to work on complex transactions
• Work globally with other sales and administration staff
• Detail oriented

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in business or liberal arts is desirable
• 1-2 years of team leader experience would be beneficial
