Product Marketing Specialist

The Product Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing and supporting marketing and content strategy. You will manage and update website creating exceptional content across multiple formats, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, webinars, etc. You will also manage our conference participation, webinar schedule and our annual user conference.

This role requires a high level of creativity, strategic writing, attention to detail, rapid execution, and solid project management skills. You should be comfortable working in matrix organization, ask a lot of questions, be curious and proactive identifying and suggesting new and engaging content and marketing tactics.

Content Development:
•Create and edit content to drive website traffic and leads. Examples include blog posts, videos, eBooks, case studies, testimonials, whitepapers, infographics, event invitations, emails, social posting, etc.
•Create and manage an editorial calendar aligned to business priorities
•Learn our business and our customers, and take the initiative to identify new content opportunities that fit within our messaging and position in the market
•Use data-driven insights by analyzing content marketing metrics to suggest changes and write more effective assets
•Develop content reports regularly to share with marketing leadership.

•Update website pages to ensure relevant content is featured. Ensure consistent messaging and clear voice, in language that resonates with engineering community and executive leadership audiences
•Monitor and report on the website analytics

Social Media:
•Manage social media (LinkedIn) presence
•Report on analytics

Event and Webinar Production and Management:
•Lead planning logistics, invitations, registration, production and on-site oversight to create an experience and environment to foster greater connections with our clients and prospects – during our annual user conference
•Lead planning and execution of monthly webinars, including coordinating topics with the speakers, email, website and social media promotion and follow up
•Manage conference calendar and our participation at various conferences
•Manage logistics such as booth presence, collateral at various conferences

•B.A./B.S. degree and relevant marketing experience
•Your portfolio is more important than years of experience
•Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively. You can craft a great headline
•Experience producing content, as well as for specific delivery channels (email, blog, website, newsletter, etc.)
•Experience with managing website CMS platform
•Ability to learn and develop proficiency in technical concepts including engineering and software etc., using common industry terminology and writing style
•Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing, and web analytics
•Strong project management skills; detail-oriented and committed to meeting deadlines consistently
•Comfortable managing multiple efforts in tandem
•Team player who can adapt to a fast-paced environment with busy, passionate stakeholders

•Two to four years of relevant marketing experience
