Marketing assistant

SUMMARY

Internship of 6 months minimum starting October 1st, 2019 - based in Saint Quentin en Yvelines (78)

The main role of the Marketing Assistant is to support the ANSYS France marketing team in setting up demand generation operations across all elements of the marketing mix to identify new leads and convert them in future commercial prospects.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Participation in the implementation of marketing actions on / offline to generate new leads
    • Manage the webinars according to the received instructions (content writing in collaboration with the technical expert, emailing design, sending, registration follow-up, leads tracking)
    • Support the establishment and management of exhibitions, conferences, external events and sponsorship with market leaders (content creation, follow-up of the creation of invitations, relations with various suppliers, search for sponsors, logistics, communication internally, communication on social networks)
    • Order and collect the promotional and event material of the company.
    • Ensure the update of the event marketing calendar
  • Marketing lead tracking
    • Follow-up of prospects from our events through our CRM database in collaboration with the lead processing teams
    • Collaborate with sales teams
  • Miscellaneous
    • Collaboration on certain missions with a european vocation
    • Relay marketing actions on social networks
    • Event / digital interaction
    • Creation of flyer, invitation, banners etc ...

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master degree level (Business school or equivalent)
  • Understanding marketing in a digital environment
  • Excellent organizational skills. Capable of working well under pressure, prioritizing and respecting deadlines
  • Very reliable: attention to detail and precision is a must
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly, with excellent teamwork skills
  • Good level of English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong project management skills
  • A creative thinker with good communication skills, written and verbal
  • Proficient in desktop software applications (mail tools, document editors, databases, Excel, PowerPoint)
