Lead Marketing and Business Development Assistant


The position is a 1-year apprenticeship contract (or professional training contract) as from September 2019 - based in Saint Quentin en Yvelines (78).

The main role of the Lead Marketing and Business Development Assistant is to support the ANSYS France marketing team in setting up lead generation and tracking operations and Account Based Marketing actions (Specific Marketing to a strategic business account) across all elements of the marketing mix to identify new leads and convert them into future business leads.

  • Manage incoming ANSYS leads
    • Follow-up of prospects from our events through our CRM database (Salesforce) in collaboration with the lead processing teams
    • Import new contacts and leads in our CRM
    • Establish lead tracking reports and dashboards in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and the Sales Manager of each account.
  • Account Based Marketing
    • On accounts rigorously selected with the Marketing and Sales teams, and in collaboration with the ABM Marketing Manager, search contacts via LinkedIn Navigator or other tools available to find new contacts based on application keywords / solutions or functions, register them and import them into our CRM
    • Update some contacts in the CRM
    • Research and treatment of "training" leads to link with the respective sales representatives in charge of these accounts
    • Market studies on certain vertical sectors or linked to certain key accounts, in conjunction with sales teams in order to implement relevant and impactful marketing campaigns in these segments.
    • Once these contacts are listed and entered, prepare marketing campaigns to address these key contacts within these key accounts via events (techday), webinars, content campaigns on social networks or the web ...
  • Miscellaneous
    • Collaboration on certain missions with a European vocation
    • Relay marketing actions on social networks
    • Event / digital interaction
    • Creation of flyer, invitation, banners etc
    • Logistics on certain events ...

  • Master degree level (Business school or equivalent)
  • Understanding of marketing in a digital environment and very good sensitivity to Commercial function in general
  • Fluency and sociability required
  • Excellent organizational skills. Capable of working well under pressure, prioritizing and respecting deadlines
  • Very reliable: attention to detail and precision is a must
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly, with excellent teamwork skills
  • Good level of English

  • Strong project management skills
  • A creative thinker with good communication skills, written and verbal
  • Proficient in desktop software applications (mail tools, document editors, databases, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Salesforce knowledge is a real plus.
