Channel Enablement Specialist

SUMMARY

The Channel enablement specialist is responsible for the current year and long-term strategy for the overall capability of channel business. The role is responsible for leading internal resource to help the channel partner skillset improvement and making the partners successful. This role is also responsible for developing and executing short and long-term channel business strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create enablement plan with the internal resource which is reviewed on yearly basis
Driving enablement of channel partner resources both sales and AEs with the channel GTM model to make sure channel partner had the capability to acquire new customer, incremental customer revenue and make customer satisfied with ANSYS solution
Organizing and surveillance channel partner training
Analyzes and interprets data to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes
Works closely and collaborates with the extended team to drive enablement in assigned channel partners
Develops industry ecosystem align Ansys strategy
Collects information about the partners’ capacity issue through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports etc.)
Acts as the channel partners’ trusted advisor for company products issues and business development aspects
Other duties as required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of channel sales experience with a proven track record of success, at least 3+ years in the field of application software products and services.
Strong ability to develop trusting relationships with partners and achieves business goal
Understanding of the complexity of a multi-channel GTM model
Proven track record of success in channel environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Familiarity with partner based structure (working in a structured partner environment which is governed by a strict program)
In addition to the local language, the candidate needs to have good English Skill
Excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to work independently
Frequent travel expected
