The accountant works with the head of the accounting department. The accountant provides financial information by researching and analyzing accounting data. The accountant follows all the accounting operations and specific accounts such as payable or receivable and the cash flow situation.

Working on the payable accounts:
  • Do the data capture, checking and lettering of the suppliers accounting entries
  • day to day management of all leases and billing of rent
  • compliance with transactions legislation (control the VAT entries data capture…)
  • controlling the receipts and expense reports, implement data to insure payment to the employee
  • posting of fixed assets invoices, tracking assets depreciation
Working on the receivable accounts:
  • carrying out manual billing
  • following cashing of payments, accounting lettering, customer reminders, recovery
  • managing cut-off
Cash-flow situation:
  • reviewing bank reconciliation
  • entering bank charges
Participating to the monthly and quarterly statement of account and profit and loss account
Analyzing the general counts of stock, capital asset and statement of account to elaborate the justification file of the ‘end of year” balance.

Accounting degree
Experience: Minimum 3 - 5 years
Technical skills: knowledge of an ERP such as Oracle Financial, written English
